RESTORATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Often conflict is ignored or minimized because organizations don’t have the appropriate avenues for a resolution nor the skillset to facilitate such incidents. Conflict is complicated and unique to each situation.
We at Revolution Consulting will work with your organization to design a process that suits your specific conflict needs. Restorative Dispute Resolution (RDR) address conflict that focuses on relationships and the harms that have occurred and works to rebuild what has been broken or damaged by conflict. It often includes facilitated dialogue but is not restricted to it. Just as every conflict is unique, so to should its resolution.

MANAGEMENT
Change management is often an overused term and rarely understood within organizations. What does this mean for your employees, volunteers or benefactors? Change management without a well-designed process can lead to confusion or fear. Does this mean layoffs? If things aren’t broke, why fix them?
